We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required to fulfill an order (for example, shipping carriers). Payment is handled manually via Venmo, Zelle, or wire transfer; we do not store card numbers. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support@hppeptides.com.
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@hppeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
